A BIG THANK YOU for getting our House of Fashion (HOF) department store ready in such a short amount of time. We first met in 1997 and from then on, little did I know that our relationship skyrocketed from there. Without a shadow of a doubt, L-Pine Design will be our partner for years to come. The workmanship and quality of their work were impressive due to the extensive knowledge of technical details and excellent troubleshooting skills shown by the managing director, Mr. Leslie Wong. 

I am very happy with the renovation work L-Pine has done for my 3BR condo at East Meadows. From planning to post turnover, the team was consistently responsive, transparent and has a good attention to detail. They were able to take my ideas, improved on it, and execute within the agreed budget despite challenges in manpower during the 2021 Covid period. The result is a rejuvenated condo unit that inspires the professionals occupying it.

1) Master Bedroom Wardrobe - I appreciate the execution of the design, including the hanger rod placements and a power outlet to support a watch winder. 
 
2) Master Bedroom Bathroom Door - This was a very welcome addition, as the original revolving door would hit the toilet bowl once opened. This created more space. 
 
3) Kitchen window - The team was able to deliver on my kitchen window design, giving the dining area a bigger feel. 
 
Do note that given my timing requirements, the kitchen and common bathroom renovation were deferred.

My parents and I were very gratified to have engaged Lpine for the major renovation to 7, Jalan Aruan. 
As the works were carried out during 1Q 2022, the project faced supply chain and COVID-related worker disruptions. Despite these unforeseen challenges, Leslie and rest of his Lpine team remained dedicated with a strong attention to detail. Thus the renovation was able to complete in a timely manner, within budget and most importantly, without any compromise to quality design and workmanship. 
The whole renovation project (from bidding to defect follow up) was stress-free and smooth as Lpine was very professional, attending to every concern of ours. 
We are most pleased that Lpine had far exceeded expectations in helping make my parents’ dream home become a beautiful reality. 

I first came to know about Leslie Wong of L-pine Design through a friend. It was through my friend’s recommendation that I entrusted L-pine Design to renovate my semi-detached house in Hillcrest Road.  

Leslie is a responsible designer and project manager who will follow through with what he promised. He is prompt and never failed to answer (or return my calls if he was busy). He has high standards for his projects and does not compromise on quality both in terms of workmanship and building materials used during renovation. 

He puts his clients’ interest first, sometimes ahead of his own company’s profitability. He is also very thorough, case in point when Leslie managed to detect a leaking pipe that was laid under the house by insisting on doing a water pressure test. Another example is his insistence to do a full electrical system test of the house, where he managed to detect a live power point that was causing occasional power trips.  

If home owners want a good night’s sleep when hiring a design and contractor company, I will not hesitate to recommend Leslie Wong. 

L-Pine Design did not only complete the work within the time given but also managed the project and solved any challenges that popped up. We found them to be detail-oriented, collaborated, and facilitated with other NSCs to complete the project on time, within budget and schedule.
